Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using InvoiceGather (the "Service") operated by Mindysm OU ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

InvoiceGather is an invoice collection platform that allows users to create shareable links for contractors to submit invoices. The Service includes features for organizing, reviewing, and exporting invoice submissions.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Collect invoices for illegal activities
• Share links for purposes other than legitimate invoice collection

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display the content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Provide accurate billing information
• Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for premium features. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

8. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion in cases of technical issues or service failures.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are owned by Mindysm OU and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDYSM OU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindysm OU from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
